MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant HRB Resources, LLCs Motion to Dismiss and Compel Arbitration [ #17 ] is GRANTED in part to the extent it requests this Court compel arbitration. The Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is STAYED and the Court shall retain jurisdiction pending arbitration of Plaintiffs claims.
