Failure to comply with this Order will result in the denial of these motions as moot. IT IS FURTHE R ORDERED that, pursuant to the Case Management Order (ECF No. 34 ), within 14 days of the date of this Memorandum and Order, the parties shall file a joint proposed schedule to address Phase II of this case, with class discovery and the filing of any motion for class certification with respect to the remaining claims to be completed in not more than six months.
