Further, the Court orders Defendants to provide to the Court for in camera inspection, within 10 days of entry of this order, an unredacted copy of the Inspector General's Investigation Report. If the Court determines that Plaintiffs are entitled to review any portion of that report that has been redacted, the Court will notify the parties and permit Defendants an opportunity to designate the document as appropriate in accordance with the protective order.(Sreeprakash, Netra) |
