Filing 3 CLERK'S JUDGMENT (Lock, Tania) |
Filing 2 ORDER by Judge Nanette K. Laughrey. Pro Se Plaintiff requested leave to proceed in forma pauperis, but failed to properly complete her financial affidavit, as required by Local Rule 83.7. See L.R. 83.7 ("An individual may request leave to commence a civil action without being required to prepay fees or costs by filing with the complaint an affidavit requesting leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The affidavit must either be on the form provided by the Clerk, or else contain the same information requested on the Clerk's form."). While Pro Se Plaintiff filed the financial affidavit form, she did not provide her income, as required. Because pro se plaintiff failed to provide the necessary information concerning her financial status, Pro Se Plaintiff's #1 motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED. Signed on 5/26/2022 by District Judge Nanette K. Laughrey. This is a TEXT ONLY ENTRY. No document is attached. (Gassen, Austin) |
