Filing 3 ORDER by Judge Nanette K. Laughrey. Plaintiffs' motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, Doc. #1 , is GRANTED, subject to further consideration by the Court upon a showing that the allegation of poverty is untrue, or that the claim is frivolous under 28 U.S.C. 1915. The Clerk of Court is directed to electronically file the Complaint as of the date of this order. The Clerk of Court shall also forward the appropriate process forms to Plaintiffs. Within twenty (20) days, plaintiffs shall return the completed summons and service forms to the Clerk's Office showing the address where defendant may be served. Upon receipt, the Clerk of Court shall issue summons and process and deliver the same to the United States Marshal for service upon the defendant. The Marshal shall attempt service of process (by personal service or certified mail, return receipt requested) upon Defendant at the address supplied by Plaintiff and as directed by Rule 4.
