ORDER granting 3 defendants' motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Further, the federal claims against defendant Blom fail for the same reasons as asserted by the moving defendants. As all of plaintiffs' federal cla ims fail, this Court does not have subject matter over the remainder of the lawsuit, and this case will be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
