The goodwill and reputation associated with DAIRY QUEEN® are impaired when any DAIRY QUEEN® franchisee fails to maintain ADQ's minimum standards of health, sanitation and safety and operates on unsanitary or unsafe business under the DAIRY QUEEN® marks.
