ORDER denying (38) plaintiffs' motion to strike facts and arguments raised for the first time in defendants' reply suggestions and granting in part and denying in part (30) defendants' motion to compel in case 4:13-md-02474-FJG. The Court (1) GRANTS defendants' motion to compel arbitration as to Kirsten Bullock, Melissa and Ian Anderson, and Rachelle and Nigel Gayle; and (2) DENIES defendants' motion to strike. The claims of plaintiffs Kirsten Bullock, Melissa and Ia n Anderson, and Rachelle and Nigel Gayle must be arbitrated pursuant to the terms of the CSA.
