March 20, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 11 Before this Court is Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Stay Rule 26(f) Conference, Proposed Scheduling Order, and Discovery Pending Ruling on Plaintiff's Motion for Remand. (Doc. #10). The motion is granted in part and denied in part. The Court orders the following amendments to its Rule 16 Notice (Doc. #6): the parties shall conduct their Rule 26(f) scheduling conference on or before April 26, 2019, and the parties shall file their joint proposed scheduling order/discovery plan on or before May 10, 2019. The April 16, 2019, Scheduling Conference is canceled to be reset at a later date. Plaintiff's request to extend the deadline to designate an outside mediator is denied without prejudice.
