There was no appearance by Defendants. Mr. Durone stated his efforts to notify Defendants of this hearing. The Court attempted to reach Mr. Santiago at the phone number provided by Mr. Durone, however, the Court only received a voice mail message of Kim Santiago. Mr. Durone requested entry of the temporary restraining order.
