ORDERED that the Joint Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Insight Global are hereby STAYED pending the completion of arbitration. Pursuant to a prior Order, Plaintiffs claims against the other remaining Defendant, American Century Services, LLC, are also stayed pending arbitration. (Doc. #16.)Consequently, this entire case is stayed pending completion of arbitration. The parties shall file a status report regarding the status of the arbitration proceedings once every thirty (30) days from the date of this Order.
