ORDER that Movant's 2255 in Successive Motion for Hearing to Vacate Sentence in Light of Supreme Court Ruling in United States vs. Rehaif (Doc. #5 ) is denied. As this Court explained in its July 28, 2020, dismissal order (Doc. #3 ), this Court is without jurisdiction to hear a successive Section 2255 motion from Movant until he has obtained authorization from the Eighth Circuit to seek such relief.
