ORDER: ORDERED that: (1) Plaintiff is granted provisional leave to proceed in forma pauperis; (2) Plaintiff shall pay to the Clerk of the Court for the Western District of Missouri, Western Division, an initial partial filing fee of $1.00; (3) Defendant State of Missouri is severed and dismissed from Case Nos: 20-00886-CV-W-NKL-P and 20-00887-CV-W-NKL-P; (4) The Clerk of Court is directed to remove Defendant State of Missouri from the docket sheets in Case Nos: 20-00886-CV-W-NKL-P and 20-00887-CV-W-NKL-P; (5) The Clerk of the Court is directed to send Plaintiff two sets of civil rights forms for his use in filing an amended complaint(s); (6) Plaintiff is directed to file a single superseding amended complaint in one case if he intends to pursue only one action or two superseding amended complaints if proceeding in both actions, as specifically discussed herein; and (7) Plaintiff's failure to both pay the required initial partial filing fee and amend as directed, on or before December 7, 2020 will result in the dismissal of these cases without further notice.
