ORDERED Plaintiff's motion to continue the initial scheduling conference and/or to conduct the conference in person (Doc. #6) is DENIED AS MOOT. The Court otherwise notes Plaintiff's preference that future proceedings occur in person, and the Court will endeavor to schedule other proceedings in this case in person, as opposed to by phone, to the extent practicable.
