The Court otherwise notes Plaintiff's preference that future proceedings occur in person, and the Court will endeavor to schedule other proceedings in this case in person, as opposed to by phone, to the extent practicable. It is further ORDERED instead of issuing a scheduling order at this time, the Court hereby STAYS this case pending ruling on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction or, in the Alternative, for Failure to State a Claim. (Doc. #5). It is further ORDERED Plaintiff's oral motion for extension of time to respond to Defendant's motion to dismiss is GRANTED.
