ORDER: MOVANT'S unopposed motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2255 is GRANTED for the reasons set forth in the Government's response. The judgment and commitment in United States v. Lyndale E. Watson, 19-00247-01-CR-W-BCW (W.D. Mo. filed Dec. 20, 2021) (Crim. Doc. 69) is VACATED. The Court ORDERS that Movant be appointed counsel for RESENTENCING. The Court further ORDERS the U.S. Probation Office to prepare an updated presentence investigation report on Watson. The Court will contact counsel to schedule a resentencing hearing.
