ORDER that, because Movant has not filed his amended motion as directed in the Court's October 25, 2023, Order (Doc. 3 ), Movant shall SHOW CAUSE, on or before December 4, 2023, as to why this case should not be dismissed pursuant to Fed. ORDER: On October 16, 2023, the Court received Movant's pro se motion filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2255. Doc. #1 . The motion, however, is deficient in that Movant fails to allege any ground for relief. Movant also fails to assert whether the motion is timely or what relief he seeks. Id. at 19-20. Movant is, therefore, directed to complete and file an amended motion under 28 U.S.C. 2255 on or before November 15, 2023. In his amended motion, Movant must complete the forms and cure the deficiencies set forth herein. Movant's failure to file an amended motion in compliance with this Order on or before November 15, 2023, will result in dismissal of this case without further notice. The Clerk of the Court is directed to send to Movant, court-approved forms for his use in filing an amended motion. IT IS SO ORDERED. Signed on 10/25/2023 by Chief District Judge Beth Phillips.
