Filing 8 ORDER: Upon review of Plaintiff's statement in response to this Court's January 3, 2024, Order (Doc. #7 ), the Clerk of the Court shall mail to Plaintiff an additional copy of this Court's December 18, 2023, Order (Doc. #4 ), which directed Plaintiff to pay an initial partial of filing fee of $6.66 if he wishes to proceed with this case. Plaintiff is granted an extension of time, up to and including January 31, 2024, in which to pay the initial partial filing fee. No further extensions of this deadline will be granted absent a clear demonstration of extraordinary circumstances. Because Plaintiff has multiple cases before this Court, Plaintiff is advised that the remainder of the $350.00 filing fee will be collected in installment payments for every case in which Plaintiff pays the initial partial filing fee. Insofar as Plaintiff intended to request that this Court waive the initial partial filing fee, Plaintiff's request is denied without prejudice, subject to Plaintiff submitting a new inmate account statement indicating that he is without funds to pay the initial partial filing fee and that the pattern of deposits into his inmate account has changed. Plaintiff's failure to submit a timely payment of the initial partial filing fee or otherwise submit a properly supported motion to waive that fee will result in dismissal of this action without further notice. Signed on 1/16/2024 by District Judge Greg Kays. This is a TEXT ONLY ENTRY. No document is attached. (Doty, Greg) (Copy of Doc. #4 mailed to Plaintiff as directed.). |
