Filing 8 ORDER: ORDERED that: (1) Plaintiff's Motion for Appointment of Counsel (Doc. #6 ) is DENIED without prejudice; (2) Plaintiff's Motion to Correct Complaint (Doc. #7 ) is GRANTED, and the Clerk of the Court shall amend the case to reflect the correct spelling of Defendant Fritzinger's name; (3) Plaintiff's official capacity claims against Defendants Fritzinger, Ham, and Shultz are dismissed; (4) the Attorney General of Missouri shall notify the Court, in writing, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, for which Defendants they will and will not waive service of process; and (5) Defendants answer or otherwise respond, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 4 and 12, within sixty (60) days from the date of this Order if service of process is waived, or within twenty-one (21) days after service of process if service of process is not waived.
