Filing 10 ORDER: On October 14, 2022, the Court dismissed this case without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to file an amended complaint on court-approved forms. Docs. 7, 8. On October 26, 2022, the Court received a document docketed as Plaintiff's Request. Doc. 9. In this document, Plaintiff asserts his intent to file an amended complaint as previously directed and asks the Court to obtain a video. Id. Insofar as Plaintiff intended this document to be a motion to reopen this case, the motion is denied for failure to file an amended complaint as previously directed. Further, to the extent Plaintiff seeks any additional relief, his request is denied and this case remains closed.
