Defendants request for attorneys fees is denied without prejudice to Defendants right to request fees in arbitration. Similarly, Defendants requests that the Court dismiss Plaintiffs Michael Johnsons and Linda Johnsons claims and that the Court enforce the class waiver provision of the contract are denied without prejudice. The parties are to commence arbitration within six months of the entry of this Order and to file a joint status report when the arbitration commences and every six months thereafter.
