Filing 10 ORDER that Plaintiff's motion for an extension of time, up to and including December 26, 2019, in which to pay the initial partial filing fee (Doc. #9 ) is granted. Insofar as Plaintiff claims that he has already paid the initial partial filing fee, as of the date of this Order, the Court has no record of receiving any payment from Plaintiff related to this case. Plaintiff has now received two extensions of the deadline to pay the initial partial filing fee, in addition to the period of time in which he was asked to show cause for his failure to pay (See Docs. 7 , 8 ). No further extensions of time will be granted. If Plaintiff has not paid the initial partial filing fee by December 26, 2019, this case will be dismissed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b) for failure to prosecute and for failure to comply with this Court's Orders. Signed on December 9, 2019 by District Judge Roseann Ketchmark. This is a TEXT ONLY ENTRY. No document is attached. (Davies, Cindy) |

No document is attached. (Davies, Cindy) |
Filing 7 ORDER that, in light of Plaintiff's statement regarding the initial partial filing fee (Doc. #6 ), on the Court's own motion, Plaintiff is granted an extension of time, up to and including November 19, 2019, in which to pay the initial partial filing fee. No further extensions of time will be granted absent a clear demonstration of extraordinary circumstances. Signed on November 12, 2019 by District Judge Roseann Ketchmark. This is a TEXT ONLY ENTRY.
