ORDER that Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #15 ) is denied as moot. Plaintiff already has been granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis (See Doc. #10 ). As this Court has explained, although Plaintiff has been granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis, he still must pay the $350.00 filing fee in this case over time through the payment of an initial filing fee and/or through periodic payments from his inmate trust fund account (Id. at 1). Insofar as Plaintiff somehow intended his motion as a request to waive the initial partial filing fee, Plaintiff's request is denied, as it is not supported by an updated inmate account statement indicating that he currently is without sufficient funds to the pay the initial partial filing fee of $18.09 and that the pattern of deposits into his account has changed, as contemplated in this Court's November 19, 2019, Order (See Doc. #14 ).
