Filing 6 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER denying 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, is denied at this time pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii) (failure to state a claim on which relief may be gran ted). The plaintiff shall have until September 26, 2005 to file an AmendedComplaint specifying the nature of his cause of action or basis of his claim against the defendants, and the time frame in which his claim arose.
