ORDER ON INITIAL REVIEW granting 2 the plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. The Clerk of Court shall send two summons forms and two USM-285 forms to the plaintiff together with a copy of this order. The plaintiff shall complete the forms and send them back to the Clerk of Court where the Clerk will sign, each summons, to be forwarded together with a copy of the complaint to the U.S. Marshal for service of process.
