Filing 17 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - 1. Plaintiff's motion for relief from judgment (filing 11) is granted; 2. This court's March 19, 2007 judgment (filing 9) dismissing this action for lack of personal jurisdiction is vacated; 3. The proposed brief (filing 13, ex. 5) and evidence (filing 13, exs. 2-4) opposing the motion to dismiss which were submitted in support of the motion for relief from judgment are accepted and deemed to be filed in opposition to the motion to dismiss; 4. Defendant s hall have until May 4, 2007 to file a reply brief and index of evidence; 5. The motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction (filing 3) will be deemed submitted on May 5, 2007; 6. The Clerk of the Court shall reopen this matter for statistical purposes and make an entry in the CM/ECF system indicating that the motion to dismiss (filing 3) is ripe for decision on May 5, 2007.
