The plaintiffs claims that he was retaliated against in connection w ith his reclassification and his non-selection for the Missouri position are dismissed without prejudice for the plaintiffs failure to exhaust his administrative remedies regarding such claims. b. The plaintiffs claim that the was retaliated against in connection with his non-selection for the Nebraska position is dismissed with prejudice. Final judgment shall be entered by separate document.
