MEMORANDUM AND ORDER that Leal and Carbajal's "Motion for Removal" 12 is denied and this matter is remanded to the District Court of Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska. The court directs the Clerk of the court to mail a certified copy of this order to the Clerk of the District Court of Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska, and may take any other action necessary to effectuate the remand. All pending motions are denied as moot without prejudice to reassertion in the state court action. A separate judgment will be entered in accordance with this Memorandum and Order.
