ORDER - After conferring with the pro se plaintiff and defense counsel,1) The plaintiff shall promptly provide medical record authorizations to defense counsel.2) On or before April 1, 2015, the plaintiff shall provide defense counsel with a copy of any written expert opinions supporting his claim that his injuries and illnesses were caused by taking the prescription drug, Levaquin.3) A settlement conference will be held before the undersigned magistrate judge with counsel and representatives of the parties on April 16, 2015, beginning at 1:00 p.m. in chambers, 566 Federal Building and United States Courthouse, 100 Centennial Mall North, Lincoln, Nebraska.
