ORDER granting in part and denying in part as follows: 1) Defendants" Motion to Compel Arbitration, 11 , is granted and this case will be stayed pending the outcome of arbitration, which shall take place in Nebraska if the Plaintiff so desi res.2) Defendants' motion is denied to the extent they seek dismissal of this case. 3) Defendants' renewed Motion to Compel Arbitration, 33 , is denied as moot.4) Plaintiff's request for limited discovery is denied. 5 ) The clerk of the court is directed to close this case for statistical purposes; and 6) The parties shall each file a status report, not less than once every six months, regarding the progress of their arbitration.
