ORDER that Hansen shall have 30 days from the date of this Memorandum and Order to amend his Complaint to clearly state a claim upon which relief may be granted against Defendants in accordance with this Memorandum and Order. If Hansen fails to file an amended complaint, his claims against Defendants will be dismissed without further notice. The Clerk of the Court is directed to set a pro se case management deadline in this case. Plaintiff's claims for injunctive relief are dismissed wit hout prejudice. Plaintiff's Motion for Appointment of Counsel is denied without prejudice 3 . Plaintiff's Motion for Service of Process by United States Marshal is denied without prejudice 4 .
