If Plaintiff intends to assert diversity of citizenship jurisdiction, Plaintiff will have 30 days from the date of this Memorandum and Order to file sufficient evidence with the court showing that the amount in controversy is greater than $75,000.00, the jurisdictional limit. The court reserves the right to c onduct further review of Plaintiff's claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2) after Plaintiff address the matters set forth in his Memorandum and Order.
