MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - Appellants' motion to supplement the record on appeal 12 is granted instanter, and the court takes judicial notice of the documents attached to such motion. The order entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for th e District of Nebraska on December 9, 2014, remanding the adversary proceeding to the District Court of Madison County, Nebraska, is reversed, and the case is remanded to the bankruptcy court for further proceedings.
