June 13, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 67 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER that Defendants' motion to disqualify, (filing no. 31 ), is granted, and On or before July 5, 2016, Plaintiffs shall either: (a) obtain the services of counsel and have that attorney file an appearance in this case; or (b) file a statement notifying the court of their intent to litigate this case without the assistance of counsel. The failure to do so may result in a dismissal of the claims by the non-complying Plaintiff without further notice. Plaintiffs' disqual ified counsel shall promptly mail a copy of this order to Plaintiffs, and file a certificate of service stating the date and the manner of service, and the name and address served. Plaintiffs' motions to file under seal, (filing nos. 36 and [5 1]), are granted. Plaintiffs' motion to compel, (filing no. 50 ), is denied without prejudice to reassertion, through new counsel, as to those discovery requests not resolved by the holdings and reasoning within this order. The motion to stay, (filing no. 34 ), and Defendants' motion to compel, (filing no. 43 ), are granted as stated on the record, (filing no. 61 ). Ordered by Magistrate Judge Cheryl R. Zwart. (LAC)
