P. 12(b)(6) (Filing No. 7 ), is GRANTED, and the following claims are dismissed without preju dice: (1) Plaintiff's § 1983 claims against Defendants City of Beatrice and Defendant Officers Hosick, Chisano, and Nesbitt in their official capacities and (2) Plaintiff's false-imprisonment claim.
