MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS ORDERED: The parties' joint stipulation (Filing 27 ), treated as a motion, is granted. On Plaintiff's application for attorneys fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (filing 23 ), Plaintiff is h ereby awarded $6,800.00 in fees and $100.00 in costs, to be paid directly to Plaintiff's counsel. By separate document, the court shall enter judgment for Plaintiff and against Defendant, providing that Plaintiff is awarded attorney fees and costs in the total amount of $6,900.00, to be paid directly to Plaintiff's counsel.
