MEMORANDUM OPINION- Plaintiff has no right to a requested course of treatment, and his claims against Gensler will be dismissed. However, because plaintiff may have state law claims for medical malpractice, the Court will dismiss plaintiffs claims without prejudice to reassertion in the proper forum.
