Plaintiff Charles Reeds claim of fraud is dismissed with prejudice; and b. Plaintiff Charles Reeds claim o f wrongful termination is dismissed with prejudice. Because this Court lacks jurisdiction over the Plaintiff Charles Reeds remaining claim against Great Western for unpaid commissions, this action is remanded to the District Court of Douglas County, Nebraska, for further proceedings. Ordered by Judge Laurie Smith Camp. (MKR)
