All claims against Defendant Douglas County Department of Corrections are dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff's claims against t he remaining Defendants may proceed and service is now warranted only as to those Defendants and claims. Plaintiff's Eighth Amendment medical claim against Defendant Gensler and his state law claims against Defendants NMC and Dietrich may proceed.
