This matter will only proceed on Plaintiff& #039;s excessive force claim against Defendants Lnu and Unknown Police Officers. Clerk shall send plaintiff 2 summons and 2 USM-285 forms. Plaintiff has 120 days from the date of this order to serve defendants or dismissal may occur. The Clerk is directed to set a pro se case management deadline in this case with the following text: "December 1, 2009: Check for completion of service of summons." May 15, 2009 Opinion or Order Filing 8 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff shall pay an initial partial filing fee of $44.00 by June 13, 2009, unless an enlargement of time is granted in response to a written motion.
