JUDGMENT AND DECREE OF FORECLOSURE AND ORDER OF SALE in the amount of $31,942.96 plus accrued interest in the amount of $4,641.35, together with interest accruing at the rate of $5.55 per day from February 15, 2010, until the date of e ntry of this decree.
