JUDGMENT AND DECREE OF FORECLOSURE AND ORDER OF SALE - That judgment should be and hereby is entered against defendants Roger W. Long, Cynthia A. Smith f/k/a Cynthia A. Long, Burt and Washington County Community Housing Development Organization, Ben eficiary, Ralph M. Anderson, Attorney at Law, Trustee, Lake Arrowhead, Inc., and Lakeland Estates Water Co.. That there is due and owing to the Plaintiff as of September 12, 2011, the principal sum of $91,185.62, plus accrued interest in the amo unt of $11,572.60, together with interest accruing at the rate of $15.40 per day from September 12, 2011, until the date of entry of this decree. Interest will accrue on said sums from and after the date of entry of this decree at the legal rate of 0.11% computed daily and compounded annually until paid in full.
