AMENDED ORDER SETTING FINAL SCHEDULE FOR PROGRESSION OF CASE - The parties' Joint Motion for Modification of Final Progression Order (Filing No. 16 ) is granted, in part, as set forth herein. All depositions, whether or not they are intende d to be used at trial, shall be completed by May 8, 2012. The Final Pretrial Conference with the undersigned magistrate judge is set for June 15, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. in chambers, Suite 2271, Roman L. Hruska United States Courthouse, 111 South 18th P laza, Omaha, Nebraska. Trial is set to commence, at the court's call, during the week of July 23, 2012, in Omaha, Nebraska, before the Honorable Joseph F. Bataillon and a jury.
