MEMORANDUM OPINION - While Plaintiffs will have the option of bringing their case in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the Court will not prevent plaintiffs from exercising their option of bringing the case in an Ohio state court of appropriate venue and jurisdiction.
