ORDER that the court's rulings on Plaintiff's motion for additional discovery responses are attached hereto. Plaintiff's response to Defendant's summary judgment motion shall be filed on or before July 29, 2016, with any reply fil ed on or before August 9, 2016. Plaintiff has failed to show good cause for extending the deadlines in the court's scheduling order, and his oral motion to continue the discovery deadline and to permit additional depositions and written discovery is denied. See Sherman v. Winco Fireworks, Inc., 532 F.3d 709 (8th Cir. 2008). Ordered by Magistrate Judge Cheryl R. Zwart. (LAC)

ORDER that the parties shall chart their discovery issues and respective positions using the Discovery Disputes Form posted online. The completed charts shall be emailed to zwart@ned.uscourts.gov on or before June 30, 2016. Any outstanding disco very disputes that are not timely identified in the Discovery Disputes Form will be deemed waived. A hearing on the parties' outlined discovery disputes will be held on the record using both telephonic and web meeting technology on July 5, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. The parties shall use the conferencing information assigned to this case, (see Filing No. 19 ), to participate in the hearing.
