Filing 31 MEMORANDUM OPINION - The Court has reviewed the medical records, the briefs of the parties, and the findings of the ALJ. The Court has likewise reviewed plaintiff's arguments that the ALJ erred in his analysis and ultimate conclusion. The Co urt finds that the ALJ's analysis and conclusion are supported by substantial evidence. The Court will thus not disturb the ALJ's conclusion. Accordingly, because the decision is supported by substantial evidence, this Court will affirm the decision. Plaintiff's complaint will be dismissed. The U.S. Marshal shall serve the summons and Complaint without payment of costs or fees. Service may be by certified mail pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4 and Nebraska law in the discretion of the U.S. Marshal. To obtain service of process on the defendant, the plaintiff must complete and return three summons forms a nd three USM-285 forms. Upon receipt of the completed forms, the Clerk of the court will sign the summons forms, to be forwarded with copies of the Complaint to the U.S. Marshal for service of process.
