ORDER that Defendants' motion to dismiss (Filing No. 8) is denied as moot. Plaintiff's motion for an extension of time (Filing No. 15) is granted. Defendants' motion to suspend or extend its time to answer or otherwise plead (Filing No. 17) is granted.
