Filing 10 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: Plaintiff must either file a new request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the court's $400.00 filing and administrative fees within 30 days. Failure to take either action w ill result in dismissal of this matter without further notice to Plaintiff. The Clerk of the Court is directed to send to Plaintiff, at his last-known address, the Form AO 240, "Application to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees and Affidavit." Should the United States Postal Service return to the court a copy of this Memorandum and Order and the Form AO 240 because Plaintiff no longer resides at his last-known address, this matter shall be dismissed without prejudice due to Plaintif f's failure to keep the court apprised of his address. The Clerk of the Court is directed to set a pro se case management deadline with the following text: July 20, 2018deadline for Plaintiff to file new IFP application or pay filing fee. Filing 8 ORDER - Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed IFP (Filing No. 2 ) is granted. Plaintiff must pay an initial partial filing fee of $8.80 within 30 days, unless the court extends the time in which he has to pay in response to a written mot ion. After payment of the initial partial filing fee, Plaintiff's institution must collect the additional monthly payments in the manner set forth in 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(2), quoted above, and forward those payments to the court. The clerk 039;s office is directed to send a copy of this order to the appropriate official at Plaintiff's institution. The clerk's office is directed to set a pro se case management deadline in this case using the following text: June 21, 2018: init ial partial filing fee payment due. Plaintiff is advised that, following payment of the initial partial filing fee, the next step in Plaintiff's case will be for the court to conduct an initial review of Plaintiff's claims to determine whet her summary dismissal is appropriate under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2).
