The clerk's office shall send the Petitioner Form AO241, Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. 2254. On or before November 9, 2018, Petitioner shall submit an amended Petition that is originally signed under penalty of perjury. Petitioner is warned that failure to file an amended petition in accordance with this Memorandum and Order may result in dismissal of this case without further notice.
