MEMORANDUM AND ORDER on the court's own motion, Plaintiff shall have 30 days in which to file an Amended Complaint that properly invokes the court's "diversity of citizenship" jurisdiction and that states a claim upon which relief may be granted. Failure to file an Amended Complaint within 30 days will result in the court dismissing the case without further notice to Plaintiff.
