PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION - The Court concludes Kistler's Motion for Preliminary Injunction, Filing #4 , should be granted in part and denied in part. This preliminary injunction shall expire on the one-year anniversary date of Mr. Glodowski's resignation from employment from Kistler, which is April 10, 2020, without further order of the Court, unless it is terminated earlier or otherwise modified by court order.
